ARC Request Form

 

Used by HOA homeowners to submit requests for architectural and/or landscape changes.  As a courtesy, completed form must be submitted to the ARC at least 5 days prior to scheduled ARC meeting to be considered at the ARC meeting, unless appearing in person.

ARC Neighbor Review Form

 

Used by an HOA member if the ARC, during the review of a homeowner’s request, deems it valuable to obtain neighbor feedback.  The ARC will request the input of affected neighbors utilizing this form for Neighboring Property Review.

Member Violation Observation Form

 

Used by an HOA member to notify our management company of a homeowner that may be in violation of our HOA Governing Documents.

Rental Information Form

 

Used by an HOA member to notify our Board of Directors about tenants renting their property per our HOA Governing Documents.

Reimbursement Form

 

Used by Board of Directors and Committee Chairs to submit HOA expense reimbursements.  Receipts must be attached
